1. The decision to provide a crown or a fixed bridge for posterior teeth depends on many factors.
2. However, if load balancing is considered, a bridge is better
3. Also, for making and placing a crown or fixed prosthesis, a bridge is easier
4. If embrasure spaces are built, maintenance of the existing bridge is not a problem
for oral hygiene maintenance.

The motivation and aspirations of the patients decisions to choose a crown or fixed bridge are various.
But because of above reasons, I always choose a bridge for posterior teeth.
